Any electronics experts know what this connector is called ?

Hi

I am looking to try and make a little extension lead from this little connector
doesn't have to be very long, just long enough to reach

I think its the same (or very similar) to a connection to the motherboard on PCs (certainly in the olden days)

any ideas ?

its smaller than that, its not for hard drives from the power supply, those are too big lol
