Alright guys,
Just a quick question, had a delivery from XDP Blackburn on Friday. Unfortunately I wasn't in and when trying to phone to re-arrange delivery the depot was closed. They aren't open at weekends and I'm unsure if they are going to re-attempt delivery on Monday automatically.
If anyone has any experience with this courier please would you be able to answer the below questions:
1. Do they normally automtically attempt a re-delivery or do you have to phone to arrange this.
2. If you phone in the morning are you allowed to collect the package?
The reason I ask all of this and need to know before tomorrow is because the package is a set of French doors which I had arranged to be delivered saturday with the company I ordered from. They messed up I know! Anyway my joiner is booked in to fit these doors Monday and I need to let him know sooner rather than later if I will have the doors. I don't want to waste his time and he can't fit me in any other day for another 3 weeks.
Thanks,
Transform.
