Any forseeable issues with this RAM and this board?

Can anyone see a possible issue with installing 8GB (2x 4GB) of Crucial Ballistix Tracer (1600MHz CAS 8, 1.5v) in a Rampage II Extreme with an i7 930?

Assuming it's DDR3, I would have thought it would be fine.

Is there nothing listed on the QVL?

There should be no issue, it's a 1.5v set so that won't cause a problem. 4gb modules at 1600mhz, should be good to go

Reviews of that motherboard had them overclocking memory at speeds in excess of 1600mhz c8 so I wouldn't worry.

Cheers guys. Turns out that i'm not getting that RAM after all... Company I was buying it through screwed up.
