Any games like XCOM?

Hi all, just wondered, are there any other game similar to XCOM?

I'm looking for something that includes a bit of base building/upgrading/researching\team building whilst completing missions.

Are there any other games out there in this kind of style?

Have you played XCom with The Long War mod? Changes the game completely.
