any good cloud services

Looking for 1tb cloud and another service were i can created a 1 tb image of my hdd and upload it at the same time.

Does it need to be online?

Why not just do a backup to an external HDD\SSD as then its a 1 off payment for the drive and not have to pay monthly to store the image.

Would be quicker to restore the image as well from an HDD\SSD as well.

online it needs to be. i have gone for idrive. Need to create two hdd images, store them online, i want to minimise what i ship.
