Any good design apps for designing a garden and possibly an extension?

Just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for doing a garden design/plan.

And also potentially an app for modelling an extension to a house?

iOS if possible, or web based.

For the house checkout Planner 5D it has an app and a web based version very good for quickly mocking up ideas for the house not sure it has much for garden design though.
