any good file hosting sites?

Im looking to upload a 11mb file onto the net so I can link to it from these forums for people to download. Are there any free file hosting sites out there that work really easy (like imageshack does for pictures)? I dont want anyone to have to become a member to download the file.

no I dont want to send a file to someone, I want to host it so they can go an download it themselves. any other ideas?

Just put your own email address in, and then paste the link you receive on the forums
