Any good (FREE) CRM software out there?

I need to find a good online CRM to use and I have found several - can anyone recommend a good one?

Sugar CRM is quite a popular one, if you're after something free/open source. Salesforce is considered one of the most powerful, but it's not cheap.

Hmm, I know some companies are using SAP CRM app.
For Free I think you could turn to this list:

Just downloaded SugarCRM Community Edition - looks beyond my skills to get setup and I can't find any guides on how to use it/set it up!!!

suggest search engine with key words 'how to set up Sugarcrm.. ' found several and also there is one on wiki.

Thanks. Found some but it still seems beyond my technical abilities. I'm really looking for something that works right out of the box!

*EDIT* Forget that - after looking again, I think I can sort it from that tutorial. Thanks
