Any Good Free Lan Games?

As title..Any good free lan games that are fairly quick to download and simple to setup and play?

Not full games, but the demos of both Unreal Tournament and Quake III both play across LAN very good, even from the demos.
You will obviously be limited in choices of maps though.

Enemy Territory, and i think Americas Army will do a LAN too.
