Any good indoor DAB aerials to help terrible signal?

Hello,

Can anyone suggest a good indoor DAB aerial that will likely give a better reception than the wire that came with the CD/Radio. Under £20 or there about ideally. The signal has got so bad now it's almost unlistenable, the signal goes completely every so often for about 5 to 10 seconds. It's a Panasonic and the aerial screws into the back.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Do I definitely need a mains powered one to get anything like decent sound? How long would the mains wire be? The aerial will likely be on top of the kitchen cupboards meaning it's a fair distance to the power socket.

Thanks. I think I get that. I'll have to go to somewhere that sells such things and see whats available.
