Any good ISP >= 20GB limit up to 8mb £15?

As the title says, the only LLU on our exchange is Talk Talk. 8mb is the max speed in this area. Even 2mb would be fine.

Ive searched around but soon as I find one that looks good I hear terrible things from people, All I want is to game and download a few things

is £20ppm+ the only option? :|
