Any good tutorials of creating contact forms?

Hi

I'm pretty new to this website design business and would like to know if anyone knows of a good website for tutorials on creating contact forms.

The website I am designing is in HTML at the moment and there are many sites that allow the creation of one but it means using their services and I would like one of my own.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
