Any good video editors here??

Im trying to learn Adobe Premiere pro/editing, I wondered if anyone had any pointers about this video I made? Its still not quite right, and was a hard edit because the interviewer starts talking so soon after the interviewee. Any tips would be awesome, be as brutal as you like as I want to improve.

It's hard to judge the editing when the filming is so terrible. Does the camera operator have Parkinsons?

All fine-ish apart from the American lady saying "well.." at 01.14.

Cheers Russin - yeah tell me about it I tried editing out the shaking in after effects, which was too much of a task.

You could try using Warp Stabilizer, that has worked for me on a number of videos, though not in every case. This also has an effect on rendering, it will take about an hour to stabilize and render that video.
