noooooooooooo!! Please don't throw any more suggestions!! lol!!! I am down to a Mondeo Titanium X, Mazda6 TS2 or this Skoda has now come up.

My only criteria is under 30k miles and under 2 years old.

Porsche with a roof rack? More than enough space.

Can alternate the wife between the seat and the roof so the kids get equal turns.
 
In all seriousness, for £15k I would look at a slightly older 3 Series. A 320d would be a much nicer car, and a proper BMW warranty wouldn't be that much at all.

I have been offered a better price for the car, which brings it in under budget, hence me asking peoples thoughts in the Skoda Octavia 2.0 Elegance. Otherwise i wouldn't even look at it.

Well, they are fairly reliable well-built cars. Many would struggle to be excited by them, and they don't look as good as a Mondeo, but I think are fundamentally a better car.

That said, I think an older 320d would be a much nicer car all round, and probably not cost much if any more to own.
 
I'd rather have a Superb than an Octavia. They are far better value and a better size match for a Mondeo, the Octavia is deceptively small.
