Any help or guides towards optimising my 3600?

Hi all,

Sorry, new here and havent messed with pc hardware for a good while so a bit behind the times. I have recently added a ryzen 3600, and am getting some poor scores comparativly on cinebench. My temps are also pretty high. I am using the stock cooler though, so i suspect its that. Aside from the xmp profile, i havent changed anything in the bios either.

On cinebench im getting 3446 , which seems way off some others.

Also took some screen grabs of my temps and fan in hw monitor. Thats just normal browsing and the spike is launching gears tactics.

Yeah, might pick up a 212 black edition. Seems the best without spending a lot. My fan noises are quite loud, the case has good airflow too. Ill have ot turbn my famns off one by one to make sure it is the cpu fan thats loud before i order. Hopefully its just a cooling issue and the cpu maybe throttling?
