ANY HELP

This on PC or console bud?

*edit* nvm just seen the glaringly obvious bit saying about drivers.

Is it connected via HDMI or DVi? Try a different socket or lead.

really don't know why its doing it tbh

As above, try doing a driver sweep in case an old drivers is interfering with the new one.

i uninstalled all the drivers in safe mode but when i restarted back into windows the amd folders where still there so i assume the drivers where still there reinstalled them anyway and it still does it and what i did try that i didnt before is windowed mode and it doesnt do it in windowed mode so i just dont get what it is thats doing it

Are you connecting over HDMI? If so and you can do so then connect in another way, any other way, to see if it still happens.

Edit: Just saw it's DVI to HDMI connector. Try playing with monitor input settings - it may not think it's a PC in which case it may mess with the colour range. What monitor is it?
