Would anyone be interested in a OcUK hiking meet?

A good days hike ending with some ale and food in a decent pub before getting the train home (I am normally in no fit state to drive after a medium to hard hike).

No idea if any of you lot are into that sort of thing.

I used to do quite a bit of hiking round my way; mostly on my own.
Not done any proper walking with a pack for a couple of years though. My 'bergen fitness' in that regard is lacking.

Average hike was ~ 5 - 8 miles once a week, and occasionally ~ 16 miles for an all day thing on a saturday.

Recently got a new bag and other camping / hiking kit. Not had the time or motivation to get out much though.

Twice a week at Loch Rannoch. I sometimes walk to The Kingshouse Hotel in Glencoe over the moor

in summer..
