Any iAnyone got incar Bluetooth speakers with Android for navigation?

So i have my HTC One X setup with Tom Tom & a lovely mount but the app volume is poor. I've givem up on flashing volume booster zips that don't work & wish to Bluetooth my phone to a simple incar speaker.

Most seem voice/call only & will not stream the apps audio over. Do these things exist for Android?

try BT Mono - I use it to send podcasts to my bluetooth headset without AD2P.
