Any idea for case?

Realistically you aren't going to find a silent case with good airflow. If you can save up a bit the Fractal R4 is pimp. Noise dampening stuff helps silence but also reduces cooling, the R4 is good because fractal use bitumen plate rather than noise dampening foam, in my experience foam is a heat trapper unless you have high cfm fans. Fractal also allow you to remove pieces of this bitumen to place fans instead for extra cooling.

Cases can only do so much, you really need to invest in some good quality cfm/noise ratio fans if you want to build a silent pc.

What do you use the pc for? If you aren't gaming you can probably get away with a normal case and low rpm fans.
