Any idea how I can draw these lines?

The original booklet was done in Publisher but I've looked all over to see how those lines might have been drawn within it.

Any ideas even if I have to do it in Photoshop? -

Photoshop crayon type brush along a path i'd assume with a gradient overlay and drop shadow.

I doubt they were done in Publisher.

Edit: Probably easier in Illustrator, applying the brush to a path to get nice smooth lines with that texture. May need some tweaking because it does tail off.
