Any idea what make/model of motorbike this is (with a photo this time)

Found on a litter pick over the weekend. No markings on the frame itself. Though I remember the rear wheel axle moves. Also date? I'm sure the holes in the bottom maybe the key to help me.

Made the photo large for able to see any features which I may have missed.
