Any idea what program is causing this prompt box?

Today I got the below prompt box on startup.

I have never seen it before and can not find any info on what it might be because when you Google the wording it just brings back all the various App centres.

Nothing comes back on malware or virus scans. Nothing showing in task manager for active programs which it could be and no processes are using any amount of CPU to make it stand out, so no idea what it is.

Could very well be legit but I have no idea what program it might be that I have installed....

In windows, click Start, and in search type msconfig, hit enter.
Click on Startup and in this list search for App Center.

It could be sound card driver, printer, antivirus or one of a million preinstalled apps depending on the PC maker (Dell, HP etc).

Hmm, nothing called App Center there or even anything that looks anything like it.

Guess I will disable each item one by one and see when it stops appearing. Really odd that there is no branding on the message - makes it look well dodgy. Not taking the risk until I know exactly what it is.
 
App centre is on my boot screen when win 8 first loads the tiles, I also got the update and installed it. No problems that I know of, just an updated version. Do you have a Gigabyte board, think its their app. :)
