any idea

i put in an order for a psu, case, OS and GFX card today at 13:15 but since then on the outstanding order page the order details has been stuck on "Security validation" what does this mean and will i get my order delivered tomorrow? i hope i do as everything is in stock and i payed for next day delivery (friday 1st feb)

what do you guys think is happening?

If that is your current status as of now, it will not have been despatched yet. Is it your first time of ordering from OcUK? To get a specific update, call the sales line on 0870 443 0880 tomorrow. Lines open at 08:30.

no this is my 3rd order from them and i think your right about it not being dispatched yet as there where 5 of the case's that i ordered left and there is still 5 there now :mad:

not happy that i paid for next day and they not botherd to send the items out. its going to push my build back now and thats ****** me off as i have been looking forward to completeing the world before wednesday next week looks like thats off now :mad:

I have had occasions were I have had my confirmation email the next day. Yet the items were dispatched the day I ordered.

Daft question are all your items in stock at this moment in time.

yes all are in stock

i spoke with support and it has been dispatched today so i wont get it untill Monday now reason is because it took an extra long time to clear OCuK security checks not happy but what can i do hopefully i can go and pick it up 2moz

i was first told i can go and pick it up tomorrow by city link but now apparently i cant this has delayed my build by 2-3 days
