Any ideas on how to get a rounded screw out of a DS Lite?

Trying to help my boss replace the touch screen on his daughter's DS lite. Trouble is one of the tri wing screws wouldn't come out and now that we've all had a go at it it's very badly rounded off. Even more annoying is that it's the last screw I need to take out to get to the mainboard.

Any one got any advice on some next steps?

torx screw drivers are your friend when this happens, they can normally be forced into rounded holes to unscrew the screw.

Happened on my laptop. I drilled a 1mm hold through the centre of the screw and magaed to get a small torx tapped into the hole. Came undone easily.

However, the screw went into metal on the laptop, so I had no worries about the heat of the drill melting any plastic.

Does the screw go into metal? I would have thought plastic being a DS, but you never know.
