I've been getting several bsods lately. tried clocking my 4670k back to 4.0, & that hasnt stopped them.

I've checked temps & they seem fine, cpu max 60, grfx max 83. Ram timings seem set right.

Going through my minidump files the latest errors even after lowering my clock seem to be the same:

BugCheck 1A, {41284, fffff9804354e001, 18af1, fffff780c0000000}

Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt! ?? ::FNODOBFM::`string'+4ad3 )

Analyze -v shows

Arg1: 0000000000041284, A PTE or the working set list is corrupt.

DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: WIN7_DRIVER_FAULT

I installed nothing new when they originally started, I'm thinking to give my ram a thorough test when I have chance, but I've also wondered if its the ssd as a couple of times I've lost some minor settings in games, & looking at the error it could maybe even be a driver, but I didnt get any errors the 1st 3 weeks of use, & the only driver I've updated since is the latest radeon after the bsods became a problem.

Any ideas much appreciated ty.

Has your windows updates downloaded any drivers recently. This is usually a sign as Windows drivers are notoriously bad.

Check what windows updates have been applied

So an update on this:

No windows updates or any other software coincided with the problems starting as far as I can tell. I've updated all the new drivers (April or later versions) I've found one at a time from this page for motherboard:

http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4481#dl

I'm also running the latest radeon drivers 14.42, problem still occured before updating from 13.12 drivers.

I've run memtest overnight, 11 passes no errors, I've notched down my oc to 4Ghz without dropping vcore, I'm now trying it with the vcore down a notch in case its heat, although HWmonitor temps look normal 66 max cpu, 83 max graphics, after heavy gaming sessions, but I think the problems are worse when the weathers hotter, some days I get a lot of crashes, some days hardly any, last night it was fairly cool & I only had 1 crash. I've also run sfc /scannow & done a complete uninstall & reinstall of graphics drivers.

I'm also wondering if it may be the graphics card, I havent overclocked it at all from the default clock it came with, may be factory overclocked, cant remember, but two or three times I've had graphical corruption, once in an mmo when my UI text went crazy, like it was garbled, twice in an arpg where I saw what looked like typical artifacting, the second time being much worse than the 1st, a big diagonal band across the right side of screen.

Last 2 dump messages:

WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for aswSP.sys
Probably caused by : dxgmms1.sys ( dxgmms1!VIDMM_GLOBAL::ProcessDeferredCommand+976 )

and

BugCheck 4E, {99, 136d10, 0, 13cc90}
Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( nt!MiBadShareCount+4c )
