Any Ideas

Hello mate i tried this card in 2 mobo's and in one cant get any power what so ever, and in the other everything is working fans are spinning and the card lights up blue but it wont post like the screen stays in standby,cleared the cmos reseated the card many times cant think of any thing else.My first board is a epox ge force 3 and it worked a few months ago and now cant get any power to it,very confused.
