Having recently purchased a new pc (Titan Krypt with some upgrades from OcUK) with windows 7, I was looking forward to dramatic fps increases in games (mainly WoW) and I have done, which is great. It's running Windows 7 home premium 64 bit.

However, when I play on my new pc, I have huge latency issues. It varies anywhere from 1000-15k latency ingame, and webpages are extremely slow to load. The only programs I have installed so far on it are Firefox, Ad-Aware, Avast antivirus, World of warcraft and Steam. When I connect my old pc back up, latency is fine and around 90ms ingame. Its running XP x64 (horrible OS!)

I have updated graphics drivers and network drivers, ran virus scan, ad aware scans, defragged and made sure Steam etc arent updating. My ISP is sky, and they have said everything is fine their end (im on connect as i live in an area not covered by them) Have ordered new filters for the phone line just to eliminate this, but I dont see how it can be when my old pc runs fine, as does my wifes connected to the same router (both through ethernet) and playing the same game. Going to try a fresh windows install tonight if nothing else works.

Help!
