My fans keeps turning on and off and i have to press the power switch a few more times or wait a for t to turn on and off on its own also i get a plain background screen after bios
 
Not pressing anything at the bios screen gives me a black screen with a blinking cursor. Whenever I press any of the options on my keyboard I get the same so I'm not able to access any of the bios options. I've tried a stick of ram at a time and it hasn't helped.

Sorry, I'll try to sum up everything.

I just built this pc and I've yet to install windows on it. I've made all the connections and then on booting I've received this problem. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting individual parts but none of it seems to affect the boot.

On boot the pc runs and the fans run but then stop. The computer then reattempts to boot 3 or so more times before it actually succeeds. This is when I can see the bios screen and that's where I'm stuck.
 
Well not quite I have just put all the new components together but have not managed to install the OS system as i cant get passed the bios when I try click anything nothing happens then i get into a black page with a blinking cursor.
 
I can get into the page saying press this key for for an option but nothing happens as it will not let me access my keyboard yet. I've tried using the PS2 keyboard which didn't make a difference, it then brings up the gigabyte logo where i can't use the options available then i get into a black screen with a blinking cursor
