My Google skills are failing me on this one.

My dad has just rang me to say he is having a problem scanning some stuff. He has a combined Epson printer and scanner. He is able to scan offline without having to put his PC on.

He has just rang to say he is doing offline scanning and when the print comes out the text is 3 -4 times bigger than the original scanned text.

Anybody any ideas as to why?

I am going up soon to have a look at it.
 
Hasn't pressed an option for Zoom or anything like that? Try resetting to default and see where you get :)
