any improvement?

do any of you lot on here think i would see much of an improvement performance wise with a conroe system to what i have now?

i dont just mean in general speed but also in noise and heat?

If you have the money to spair then why not but if you have better things in mind its not really worth it.

Yes, conroe is faster but is it worth the hassle/money?

Imo, wait till quad core at least (later this year)

Faster? Yes
Worth the money for the smallish improvement? No

(and before anyone jumps down my throat for saying a smallinsh improvement, I acknowledge that Conroe is a lot quicker than A64 - but personally I'd say it's not worth the cost yet).
