Any iPod classic Users

I just bought one from ebay to mod. A 5th gen 30gb in decent condition. You can pretty much buy replacements for just about every part of the ipod. Ordered the 2000 mAh square battery, the iflash solo and a 128GB SD card. Probably just keep stock OS as I never liked Rockbox in the past - although that was 15 years ago so maybe it's better now!

So I suspect it won't be long before it ends up in the drawer but maybe the kids will like the novelty of it.

Trying hard not to buy some ipod socks!

I'm still rocking an old iPod Video 30gb from way back when, still use in on holiday plugged into an old Bose dock/speaker.
