Any issues running 6gb ddr2 (2x1gb with 2x2gb)?

My brother has 2x2gb corsair xms2 if I add 2x1gb xms2 will there be any issues? He has a gigabyte ga-ma790xt-ud4p motherboard. Atm he has 32bit vista which obviously can't address 6gb but I will give him the 64bit disk to install sometime soon.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I'll just keep him on 4gb for the moment and get him 8gb when he actually needs it.
