Still wanting a newer SUV we've looked at many and after driving the SVR F-Pace i think (famous last words) I'm settled on a Jaaaag! either that or a new Defender

anyone got/had an F-Pace any problems, thoughts etc?

I had one before, it was the V6 supercharged petrol.

I didn't really like it, having come from estates before the SUV bodystyle felt too wallowy but it was a decent enough family car. Personally I'd prefer an E63 estate or RS6 avant to the F-Pace SVR but that may just be me lol

I own a 3 series BMW at the moment but would like something a bit taller nowadays due to surgery and such...

I drove the F Pace regular one and it was super wallowly. I'd still love an SVR tho :)

Go for it you won't be disappointed :)

We've got a new F-Pace as a courtesy car right now from JLR while our Disco 5 is in having the bonnet catch mechanism replaced. Its only the D200 which honestly is fine for what we need in a courtesy car, but I will say I'm super impressed with the quality of the facelift cabin. It's such a nice place to be, a huge improvement from the previous version. And every time I use the Pivi Pro infotainment it makes me wish we had it in ours.

Problem wise, a lot better than a RR. But this is made by a company which went amature hour and installed the wrong size driveshafts on them at one point, so dont expect Lexus standards

My dad has an older 2017 in what feels like boggo spec. It's not the nicest place to be, but then i imagine in a decently specced one (like the SVR) it'd be a lot nicer.

He's not had much in the way of problems with it though.
