Any legit site I can buy game codes (full games) for steam?

You can get games for less than from steam directly.
Yes... that only applies to some and those are listed somewhere on the Steam website. Theres no such thing as buying a code for Steam games, you'd just buy the game and it'd depend on whether Steam accept it or not.

i recently bought dawn of war chaos rising from game.co.uk's download section for £10 less than steam is asking
after paying i was emailed a code with instructions to activate the game on my steam account

Thats exactly what i mean... its just buying a game as normal through any online or high street retailer. Only matters if the game is valid for activation on Steam which not many are.

If you have a look here you can see a list of games which can be activated on Steam therefore you can buy them anywhere and register them to your Steam account.
...actully no i bought orange box steam serial for £8 on .. an auction site and it was on there for about 13.99. I also bought a EA download off of the same auction site for mass effect two and bad comany 2 both for £15 a week after release. I would be warey of sites off the net tho. Ive heard some of them sell you hacked codes compared to other sites that buy in bulk.
