Any Long Term Intel Users Changed to AMD, your experiences?

Have you checked event viewer? can appear stable but whea error 19 dosnt crash the machine at all. there are a few WHEA errors which dont crash.

I haven't bothered, as I've had no issues. I'm also about 70% in linux at the moment, no issues there either. Rock solid stable.

That said I only got mine last week, perhaps MS and debian have patched things appropriately between release and then.

Always been Intel since Athlons etc until last gen. Every machine at work was an i7, now all moving to Ryzen 9.

And yeah, no issues, but then I'm not sure what issues I would expect!

Used Intel in my main rig from 2002 to 2017, switched to AMD with first gen Ryzen. Never encountered any notable problems, I actually found first gen Zen to be very impressive in terms of smoothness and stability for a brand new platform. Later upgraded to a Zen+ which I got for cheap and then this month I've upgraded to a 5900X which has been amazing so far.

AMD has done a really next level job here, far better than what anyone expected in 2016 before the launch of Zen.
