XFX 7900GTX 675/1700 vs EVGA 7900GTX EGS 650 any major performance difference?

Hi,

I have ordered/gona order a XFX 7900GTX 512mb 650/1700 Extreme card but noticed its very out of stock!

Is a 512MB EVGA 7900GTX EGS ,Mem Clock 1600 MHz ,GPU 650 MHz , 24 Pipes, Dual DVI-I , HDTV any good or am I better waiting for the slight increase?

I guess there wouldnt be any major performance difference would there? and the difference in clock speak I can just OC too with decent cooling?
