any memory buffs on?

Your ram is rated at 533Mhz *technically 266Mhz* (1066MT/s DDR) but due to dividers / multipliers it is running at 400Mhz (800MT/s DDR).

It will most likely be running at 400mhz as the CPU in question has a 800mhz FSB*

*200Mhz FSB quad pumped to 800Mhz
The Ram will running on a 2:1 divider (or 2x multiplier) to get 400Mhz (800MT/s DDR)

EDIT: Just seen you want to know how to check - there should be another tab on CPU-z which shows the possible speeds the memory will run at (I believe its the memory tab - I don't have access to CPU-z at the moment). There should be a number of columns which will show the speed (in non DDR terms) and timings that the memory if capable of. In the case of DDR2 PC8500 (1066MT/s) I would expect a column showing :

533
5
5
5
15

There will be further columns showing the other speeds the ram is capable of.

Remember your ram will run at what ever divider or multipler you have set in the bios so just because it is rated for 1066Mt/s doesn't mean it will run at this speed out of the box.

EDIT 2: Just seen that you have loaded screenshots into the other thread. It is definately DDR2 PC6400 (800MT/s) rather than DDR2 PC8500. It is also running with a overclock already (most likely due to a combination of motherboard divider and FSB speed).
