Any mobile VagCom / VCDS techs?

I have owned a 2005 A6 Audi Avant 2.7 diesel, for the past 12 years which I have regularly serviced. The miles are high now, but its never missed a beat and been a pleasure to own and drive. I went to drive it earlier this week, and despite the battery being fine, I could not get the car to crank over, which seems to be a known issue on the A6 and Q7. From what I understand, the steering actuator fails which causes a fault code that will not allow power to the system needed to start the car.
Electric handbrake is locked on- so its tough to move, and my usual garage do not do mobile visits.

I am looking for someone to clear the fault codes so I can then hopefully move the car and work out what i do next.

Looking for recommendations for anyone in the Salisbury/Southampton area.

There are certain codes you won't be able to clear not sure if this is one of them. I know airbag codes you can't till the problem is fixed.
