Any Modern PC RACING Games ?

Does anyone know of any decent modern PC racing games like NFS with selection of which allow you to mod your cars ?

Forza Motorsport, Forza Horizon, a few of the new NFS games also do what you require but they are pants now.

Forza Motorsport 7. Allows quite a bit of modding to cars and has a huge selection of cars to pick from and modify, from paint jobs to engine swaps.

Forza Horizon 4, been playing it for the past two weeks or so - its "free" with the xbox game pass on windows. You can get a month for £1 which is what I did.

How could I do this ? for me its showing £29.99
can I cancel after a month and still keep the games ?

I think FH4 is free with the game pass on xbox only. As others have said Forza 7 and FH 4 are great, I have played them a lot and would definitely recommend them. Not too sure of any others like NFS maybe the crew 2, but never played it.
