Inwin 805 , 808 and 909 will have front panel usb 3.1 when it releases in early September. Will Skylake support internal usb 3.1 headers?
Any motherboards with internal USB 3.1 headers?

Going by this it won't be native to the chipset so it looks like 3rd party solutions only but whether that will mean a front panel header I don't know.

As pasty said, not in the intel chipset, but there might be motherboards with additional chipsets on that support it. Can't say I know many that do that AND have a front panel connector though, usually the third party chipsets just add more ports to the back/internally (like the pretty well known marvell SATA controller, or the first boards with USB 3.0 on), but you might get lucky.
