Any need for 4GB ram?

Hi, I just ordered the following to laptops. I know I need to upgrade the HDD to 7200 RPM but should I put 4GB of ram in each one? Will I see any difference at all? I have never used vista but 2gb was fine under XP in my T60’s.

Also if I do get more ram is 667mhz fast enough or do I need 800?

800 ram isnt usable currently at its rated speed. i thought about it too as i can have 800FSB cpu's but why not have the ram running at that too? weird huh
