Hi guys Im using the Tp link archer vr2800 and was wondering if there is any newer better models out there from any manufacturer? To be honest Idont think there is as Ive been looking around, want better coverage through out the house and garden

Cheers

A single device is unlikely to improve your wireless range and throughput any more than that model you currently have.

Even those 6 antenna nighthawk monstrosities are limited. @Avalon is your man for this but if you can you’re better off wiring in an access point if possible.

Do you have Sky Tv with Sky Q?

Replacing the router isn’t likely to resolve the problem - you’ll just end up with another compromised AIO device in a (usually) sub optimal location. You can either install AP’s appropriate to your requirements or mesh. AP’s will require you to run cable and either use a PoE switch or injectors.
