Sapphire 4850X2 is the last new ATI release of the year. It'll now be a wait until the DX11 GPUs.
NV are releasing a GTX270 and GTX290 (55nm refresh) later this month. A GTX260 GX2 will follow later next month.
After that you'll need to wait until the new DX11 solutions come out from ATI/NV, which should be March-July time. Can't say exactly when due to the schedule being messed up by the 45nm issues at TSMC. Suffice it to say NV will release ASAP, and ATI will release shortly after.
