I rang OcUK the other day regarding another order and while on the phone I asked if the Q9450 was still going to be in on the 10/03/08, they said yes.

As for the X48 mobo's they dont know yet.

I've got the Q9450 and the Asus Rampage on pre-order.

isnt the q9300 7.5x multi and q9450 8x multi? not much difference really if those multi's are correct, certainly not worth £35 more.

how much difference will the cache make for gaming?

we dont know tetsuo, we need some reviews to compare at same clock speed e.g 3.0ghz. then we can see what difference the cache makes for games, encoding, general use.
