Any noise cancelling headphones particularly good for blocking TV noise?

I've moved in to care for my Gran for a while, unfortunately the house is small and the room I'm working in is next to the lounge. She watches TV most of the day with the volume near max and my cheapo Anker Q20 noise cancelling headphones don't even come close to cancelling out the noise.

Anyone have any suggestions for headphones with particularly good noise cancelling for that type of noise? I have tinnitus and in-ear headphones seems to aggravate it so ideally they need to be over the ear ones. Thanks!

Surely being a provider of care if you have noise cancelling headphones you may not hear your nan call for you or god forbid require assistance
It's not that level of care, obviously if there was any risk of putting her in danger I wouldn't be wearing them. She's mentally fine (aside from being too stubborn to wear a hearing aid despite having bad hearing :p ), it's physical, she just phones/texts me if I ever don't hear her and has a wrist button if she doesn't have her phone.
