Forceware Ultra 84.43 modified beta drivers at Guru3d.com. :)

Been reading though the thread and the guys initial bugs regarding the installer seem to have been fixed and people are loving the drivers.

I'm going to go give them a blast now and see if they are any good, here's the link to the thread, http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=179722

(Sorry if already posted, a search brought up nothing for this).

not a huge fan of modded drivers but i may try them later

You know you want to... I'm downloading now, so will post my results compared to the 84.20 modified drivers I'm running by TweaksRUs. These have been good for me so will be interesting how these compare. :)

ive read the thread on the forum, he is having some problems with his custom installer isnt he :p

ill try them out now

edit - got them installed with no problems, the vivid colour option is the first thing that i noticed. and it is noticeable in windows :)

even the newist installer wont work for me oh well :(

Did you try installing via device manager, restarting, then running the .exe again mate? Sure in that thread that's what someone did.

These the msi ones?

I had an awful time with them. Crashes, screen corruption artifacts. Using officals now and all is fine. :)

Don't think they are MSI, were they not re-vamped Dell ones? Not too sure though.

Nah, dont try these lol. Crashed on installation, said it couldnt continue or something.

Why dont they test things before they are released

Been using the Nvidia 84.43s for XP32 for over a week and TR Legend is now playable with next-gen enabled. Not had any other problems with older games either.
