Well I ended my o2 contract and forgot to do it. I thought o2 phones came unlocked.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think any old o2 customer can do this?

I think you need to contact them directly - even if you are no longer an o2 customer.

I think any only o2 customer can. That's what I was told anyhow.
