Any obvious problems with this lot please?

Whipping together the guts of a new system after a mobo failure and three years out of the building loop. Already got an ATI 1950 to hand (will probably add a second for crossfire), so how's the rest of this shaping up? Any opinions please? I'm already over-budget, so go easy on any upgrade advice. The mobo is one of very few that fit my requirements as I need at least a couple of PCI slots, on-board RAID and a serial port:

Cheers guys. :D

Looks great, although would swap the cooler for the Tuniq Tower - seems that recently more people have been having issues with the ACF7 not working as well as it should. But the ACF7 should be fine if you want to keep costs down a bit.

EDIT: also, I think you would get better performance by selling your current 1950 then putting that money combined with the money you would have spent on a new 1950 for xfire towards an 8800.
