any one been to bruge?

A friend of mine went not long ago and he really enjoyed it, said the beer was excellent :p Not a whole lot to do by the sounds of things apart from look at old buildings and get drunk.

Walk around, drink the beer, you must eat chips, chocolate and waffles and maybe mussels too. Its a lovely place.:)

My girlfriend and I went last year on the Ferry for a day. It's a nice place to go. Very quaint. Not a great deal to do. Drink some Stella, have some twice fried chips and mussels and look at some of the old buildings.

The Half Moon Brewery in the city centre is a good place to have a tour of and get a few samples. This is a nice way to spend a few hours when you're there.

That film must have done wonders to it's tourist numbers.

I for one can't wait to take the girlfriend there

Sit in a square and drink beer. Its a lovely place but there isn't a huge amount to do. I got lucky when I went with my girlfriend because there was a Dali exhibition on that we spent all day in.

Hopefully be heading there myself in October...Crossing to Holland then driving down through Belgium to France get the Chunnel back, stopping off wherever seems nice!

So please report back any nice finds while you are there!:)

What the devil? You can do a lot better than Stella in Bruge!

Maybe that's what hell is, the entire rest of eternity spent in ******* Bruges.
