I'm pulling my hair out here, been waiting on a replacement monitor for 3 weeks now. It came in stock on Monday, told me it would be delivered on Wednesday, never turned up, told me I could definitley have it Friday. Still nothing

Apparently they have no tracking number for it or anything and that if I want I can reorder it for Tuesday!

Any one else had any bad experiences with them? I love the product but the service in terms of warranty is terrible.

I went through 4 screens with Viewsonic when the DVI connection on my first monitor ceased to work. The second one had dead pixels and the third one had a broken stand. Luckily, everything is good with the fourth and it is an upgraded model.

I became quite familiar with the courier they used and never had any delivery/pick up problems. I would get on the phone with them if you are not getting good service, if they don't have your model monitor in stock, they should send you a comparable one of the same size.

I called the Europe head office in the end. Nice woman I spoke to told me that it would never had arrived because the warranty department ordered it from Germany, who don't supply to the uk.

She offered me the vx2235wm (I used to have a 20" now so this is a 2" upgrade) as a replacement and has promised delivery on Tuesday. Very happy.

Yeah same think I was put thru to a europe department had mine replaced within 3 days, she didnt even go into much detail of the fault but tbh when theres no power light and ive changed the ATX lead you cant do much ;) new one was refurbished and working perfect no dead pixels and no backlight bleed so better then the one I had before.

They arn't to bad but i did have to wait about 4 weeks for them to get stock for my screen. Which seems far to long and i think they were jsut screwing us around.
